When you contact us, please include:
- Your registered email address
- Your account username (if applicable)
- Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including olive grove information, production records, and settings will be permanently removed from our systems.
Data Deletion Policy: Upon receiving your request, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This includes your olive grove records, soil analysis data, production history, and account information. No data is retained after this period.
